§ 6 Return of goods
1. Pursuant to applicable law, a Customer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it without giving a reason in
within 14 days of receiving the ordered product.
2. Benefits and products which cannot be waived in accordance with applicable law are not refundable.
3. In the event of returning the goods, the Customer is asked to send by e-mail to morgul@putridcult.pl or by post in writing to the address Bad to the Bone ul. Kolejowa 37, 08-200 Łosice a statement of withdrawal from the contract. The Customer may submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract on the form which constitutes an attachment to the Consumer Law, on the withdrawal form is attached as Annex 2 to these Regulations or in another form consistent with consumer law.
4. The store returns to the customer all payments made by him, including the costs of delivery of the goods.
5. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered void.
6. The customer is obliged to return the goods immediately, but not later than 14 days from the day on which he withdrew from the contract. To meet the deadline
it is enough to return the goods before its expiry.
§ 7 refund
1. Refunds are made by the store by bank transfer to the indicated bank account, paypal address or by postal order to the address indicated by
Customer's address.
2. Money for returned goods will be sent to the Customer within 5 business days from the date of receipt by the returned seller
goods.
